The Ministry of Health recorded 90 new cases of COVID-19 on Wednesday, September 9. The total number of recorded cases in Guyana is now at 1,703.
There have been 48 deaths.
A total of 10,345 persons have been tested as of September 9 and 1,045 persons have recovered. The number of active cases is 610. There are 543 persons in home isolation, 51 in institutional isolation and 16 persons in the COVID-19 ICU.
