Ryan Johnson, 30, was today charged for murder when he appeared virtually before Magistrate Faith McGusty at Wales Magistrate’s Court, West Bank Demerara.
Johnson, of Number 2 Canal Polder, West Bank Demerara was charged with killing Nirmala Sukhai called ‘Shorty’.
The charge was read to the accused today. He was not required to plead, and was remanded to prison until 2022-10-27.
And Mahesh Singh, age 17 years, appeared virtually before Magistrate Faith Mc Gusty at Wales Magistrate’s Court, charged with killing Deonarine Ramachandran called ‘Avinash’.
The said charge was read to the accused, who is from Conservancy Dam, Canal #1 Polder, WBD, and he was not required to plead. He was remanded until 2022-10-27.
