Leader of the Opposition Leader, Joseph Harmon, today met with the Chairman Kenneth Williams, Vice-Chairman Nageshwari ‘Kamal’ Persaud, and Councilors of Region Seven at the RDC office in Bartica. Mr. Harmon is accompanied by Chief Whip, Christopher Jones, Former Minister of State.
